SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Note: This policy currently applies only to my virtual consulting services. It also outlines delivery terms for future physical products (e.g., old newspapers) and digital products (e.g., downloadable eBooks), which are not yet available but will be offered soon. Details are listed by product type.

I offer Australia-wide shipping for all items, including newspapers, clippings, magazines, and books. International shipping is available upon request; please contact me directly before placing an international order.

I am here to ensure your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please read the details below for my current shipping and delivery terms.

Virtual Services (Currently Available)

  • All virtual consultations are delivered via Zoom or equivalent online platform.
  • After purchase, clients will be contacted within 1 business day via email to confirm details and scheduling.
  • No physical or digital shipment is involved.

Physical Products (e.g. Newspapers) (Coming Soon)

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard delivery times within Australia: 3-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping method: Australia Post or a comparable service with tracking where available.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.
  • You will be notified once your order is shipped.

Digital Products (e.g., eBooks) (Coming Soon)

  • Digital downloads will be delivered instantly or within 1 business day of purchase.
  • If you do not receive your file, please contact me within 7 days for support.

Shipping Costs

  • All listed product prices include standard domestic shipping.
  • No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders for physical products (e.g., newspapers) are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after full payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Customized or specialty items (e.g. specific clippings or rare publications) may take slightly longer; I will notify you if there is any delay.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Australia-wide: Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days (depending on destination) from the date of dispatch.
  • International (by request; contact me before purchasing): Delivery time varies by destination and carrier, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. I will provide an estimate when arranging the shipment.
  • Shipping times vary depending on location and courier service. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but I will assist with tracking.

Delivery Method

  • Items are shipped via Australia Post or equivalent courier services.
  • Orders are typically sent using Standard Parcel Post, which includes tracking.
  • Smaller, flat items may occasionally be sent via letter mail without tracking; this will be noted in the product description.

Tracking & Confirmation

  • Most orders will include a tracking number, provided via a confirmation email after dispatch.
  • If tracking is not available (e.g. for untracked letter mail), I will notify you at the time of shipping.

Packaging

I carefully package all items, particularly vintage or fragile materials, to prevent damage in transit.

International Orders

Available upon request only. Please contact me for a quote and delivery timeline. The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues (for physical goods)

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact me and I’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier. I am not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs, but I’ll do my best to assist.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if your physical item is missing, damaged, or incorrect. I may require photos as evidence. I will either replace the item or provide a refund, and I’ll cover the return shipping costs if a return is required.

Due to the nature of vintage and rare items, I do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review listings carefully before purchasing.
