3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery of products, booking confirmation, or commencement of services
  • Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce
  • All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST (if applicable) unless otherwise stated
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details at the time of purchase

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Physical products (e.g., newspapers, books) will be shipped to the address you provide. Please refer to my separate Shipping Policy, which outlines processing times, delivery timeframes, and international shipping notes.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Vintage Items and Copyright

All vintage newspapers, clippings, and magazines sold through this shop are original physical items owned by Barbara Bielecki.

These items are authentic collectibles and are not reproductions.  Buyers acknowledge that while ownership of these items is transferred, copyright and reproduction rights may remain with the original copyright holders. For any use beyond personal collection, buyers should ensure compliance with applicable copyright laws.

6. Scheduling

After purchase, I will contact you via email to schedule your consultation or tutoring sessions at a mutually convenient time.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

My Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it here. You may cancel services with 24+ hours’ notice. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances.

8. Digital Products – (eBooks, Downloadable Content)

Downloads are provided as-is and licensed for individual use only. No refunds will be issued for change of mind. You may not reproduce, resell, share, redistribute or modify digital files.

9. Intellectual Property / Copyright Notice

  • All written content, product descriptions, service details, service structures, pricing models, consultation formats, writing services, business consulting offerings, tutoring packages, blog content, educational materials, text, images, logos, templates, and downloadable materials on this website are the original work of and are owned by Barbara Bielecki and are protected under copyright law.

    This includes:

    • Custom-written service descriptions
    • Consulting session formats and structures
    • Pricing models and bundles services
    • Any supporting documents or content provided after purchase (e.g. reports, templates, training outlines)
